Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας ενημερώνει ότι, λόγω της σταδιακής μετάβασης στο νέο Μηχανογραφικό Σύστημα TFA, η Δήλωση Παρακράτησης Φόρων και Εισφορών (ΤΦ7) για το έτος 2024 και μετά, θα υποβάλλεται μέσω του συστήματος TFA και όχι μέσω του συστήματος TAXISnet, όπως η μέχρι σήμερα διαδικασία. Επισημαίνεται ότι, για το έτος 2024 θα υποβληθεί ΜΟΝΟ ετήσια Δήλωση εντός του έτους 2025, ενώ για τα έτη που ακολουθούν θα υποβάλλονται και μηνιαίες Δηλώσεις.

Πρόσθετα ,για την υποβολή της Δήλωσης ΤΦ7 απαιτείται η καταχώρηση έγκυρου αριθμού Φορολογικής Ταυτότητας για όλους τους εργοδοτούμενους.

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Η διαδικασία πληρωμής του παρακρατηθέντος Φόρου και Εισφορών για το έτος 2024 εξακολουθεί να γίνεται μέσω της Φορολογικής Πύλης, στον καθορισμένο χρόνο, σύμφωνα με την περί Βεβαιώσεως και Εισπράξεως Φόρων Νομοθεσία.

The Tax Department informs that, due to the gradual transition to the new Computerized TFA System, the Declaration of Withholding Taxes and Contributions (TΦ7) for the year 2024 and after, will be submitted through the TFA system and not through the TAXISnet system, as was the procedure until now .

Please note that, for the year 2024, ONLY an annual Statement will be submitted within the year 2025, while for the following years, monthly Statements will also be submitted.

Additionally, for the submission of the ΤΦ7 Declaration, the registration of a valid Tax Identification Number is required for all employees.

ATTENTION: The process of paying the withheld Tax and Contributions for the year 2024 is still done through the Tax Portal, at the specified time, in accordance with the Tax Certification and Collection Legislation
