Notification to Employers TD59_2024 – Δήλωση για Διεκδίκηση Φορολογικών Εκπτώσεων ΤΦ59_2024

Οι Φορολογικές Αρχές Κύπρου δημοσίευσαν το έντυπο «Δήλωση για Διεκδίκηση Φορολογικών Εκπτώσεων» (Έντυπο Τ.Φ.59) για το φορολογικό έτος 2024.

Όλοι οι εργοδότες υποχρεούνται να διανείμουν το έντυπο στους υπαλλήλους τους και οι τελευταίοι πρέπει να συμπληρώσουν και να επιστρέψουν αμέσως το υπογεγραμμένο έντυπο στον εργοδότη τους.

Σημειώνεται, τέλος, ότι οι εργοδότες θα πρέπει να διατηρούν τα υπογεγραμμένα έντυπα Τ.Δ.59 στα μητρώα τους σε περίπτωση που αυτό ζητηθεί από τις Φορολογικές Αρχές.

The Cyprus Tax Authorities have released the form “Claim for Allowances” (Form T.D.59) for the tax year 2024.

All employers are required to distribute the form to their employees and the latter must promptly fill out and return the signed form to their employer.

Lastly, it is noted that employers should retain the signed T.D.59 forms in their records in case this is requested by the Tax Authorities.
