Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, για την καλύτερη ενημέρωση των πολιτών και την αποφυγή της έναρξης ή της συνέχισης της εργοδότησης υπηκόων τρίτων χωρών που δεν πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις για να μπορούν να εργαστούν, έχουν ήδη τεθεί σε εφαρμογή μηχανισμοί ενημέρωσης και περιορισμοί εγγραφής μέσα από το σύστημα πληροφορικής Εργάνη.

Συγκεκριμένα, εργοδότες που εργοδοτούν αιτητές ασύλου των οποίων οι αιτήσεις απορρίπτονται, ενημερώνονται αυτόματα μέσω ηλεκτρονικού μηνύματος. Η αξιοποίηση της τεχνολογίας για την άμεση ενημέρωση των εργοδοτών σχετικά με τα θέματα που αφορούν την εργοδότηση των αιτητών ασύλου θα περιορίσει σημαντικά τα διαχρονικά προβλήματα που προέκυπταν λόγω της ελλειμματικής πληροφόρησης και περιλαμβάνεται στον κυβερνητικό σχεδιασμό για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των προκλήσεων και την ορθολογική στελέχωση της αγοράς εργασίας με υπηκόους τρίτων χωρών μέσα από τις κατάλληλες διαδικασίες.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Automatic notification of employers for asylum seekers

The upgrade of the information system of the Ministry of Labor and the interface with the database of the Ministry of the Interior has been completed, and the automated notification of employers about the possibilities and limitations of asylum seekers to access the labor market is fully operational.
In this context, in order to better inform citizens and avoid the initiation or continuation of employment of third-country nationals who do not meet the conditions to be able to work, information mechanisms and registration restrictions through the IT system have already been put in place Tool.

In particular, employers who employ asylum seekers whose applications are rejected are automatically informed by email. At the same time, employers attempting to employ asylum seekers cannot complete the relevant procedure if the application for international protection status has already been rejected or if nine months have not passed since its submission. Additionally, for asylum seekers who are entitled to employment, the available registration options in the software system are limited to the occupations included in the relevant decree.

The use of technology to immediately inform employers about the issues related to the employment of asylum seekers will significantly limit the chronic problems that arose due to the lack of information and is included in the government’s planning for the effective management of the challenges and the rational staffing of the market working with third country nationals through the appropriate procedures.
